ECL is committed to compliance with the law. Internal and external whistleblowers can report suspected violations of rules and laws at any time. This can be done (also anonymously) by telephone, letter and email. ECL will investigate every report and, if necessary, take appropriate action. In doing so, ECL will protect the legitimate interests of the whistleblower. Each whistleblower will receive feedback on his or her submission at short notice. Reports can be submitted directly to ECL, any supervisor of ECL and the external ombudsman (under the contact provided below). 

With this approach, we reliably secure the absolutely confidential handling of your information. So if you find out about violations of the rules or the law, don't hesitate to report them.
