Intermodal Routes now with daily services – Frankreich (Lyon) with Profil P400 reachable.

From now on we are offering daily departures on all our intermodal routes. In June, the Verona shuttle service was stepped up by optimising the timetable. The train that connects the Port of Lübeck (Germany) with the northern Italian city now runs six times per week and direction.

At the same time, the frequency of the Rhein-Neckar Shuttle between Lübeck-Travemünde and Ludwigshafen (Germany) was raised from three to five round trips per week. This month we are adding one more round trip per week on this route, bringing the total to six departures per week and direction.

Our Ruhr Shuttle, the intermodal connection between Lübeck-Travemünde and Duisburg-Hohenbudberg (Germany), has been operating six times per week and direction since it began in May 2013. This month our product portfolio will be extend by the possibility to transport P400 units from Lübeck to Lyon (France).

The service, which is offered by our long-standing partner, Luxembourg-based CFL MultiModal, complements existing CFL routes between Lübeck, Bettembourg (Luxembourg) and Le Boulou (France). In future.

All connections via Bettembourg will be linked to the Duisburg-Hohenbudberg terminal that is operated by SamskipVanDieren Multimodal.
