ECL continues with its successful apprenticeship program
ECL is able this year, once again to go forward with its very successful apprenticeship program for young people. As in past years, our young apprentices have successfully completed their IHK final examinations in their third year with exemplary marks. All of our trainees involved in forwarding and logistics services can be offered full time regular positions.
On 1st August 2011 new trainees began an apprenticeship program to become forwarding and logistics service providers at ECL.
ECL places a high level of emphasis on intensive close cooperation with new apprentices from the start. The demands on trainees at ECL provide a very high value and an excellent reputation in the job market. A profoundly based expert apprenticeship program for the next generation is vitally important for ECL. ECL places a very high regard to personal and social competences in the program. Team spirit, fairness and open communication are also highly valued at ECL.
Regular constant feedback from supervisors, show a continual overview of their efforts and performance, and enables them at a later date, the opportunity to work unsupervised from the start of any new position.
